Please review our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Global Shipping Overview

Docify ships worldwide.
Depending on your location and product customization requirements, orders may be fulfilled and shipped either from Australia or China.

Shipping is calculated from the point of manufacturing or customization, ensuring you receive the most cost-efficient and fastest available service.

We partner with reliable logistics carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Australia Post, as well as regional delivery services where appropriate.


2. Processing Time

  • Standard order processing time is 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or bulk orders may take up to 10–45 business days for quality inspection and configuration.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 7–60 business days

  • North America: 10–60 business days

  • Europe: 10–60 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–60 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, airline delays, weather, or other factors outside Docify’s control.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes- Please check your local laws.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Docify has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount as customs policies vary by country.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy: Communicate with us.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Docify is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery. However:

  • Docify is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order and tracking details.

  • We will assist with carrier investigations, but final resolution depends on courier verification.

Docify reserves the right to replace, credit, or refund lost items at its sole discretion after investigation.


7. Split or Partial Shipments

In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability, manufacturing point, or customization process.
Each shipment will have a separate tracking number, and no additional shipping cost will apply.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, shipping will commence once stock becomes available.
Estimated restock and delivery dates are indicative only and may change without prior notice.


9. Shipping Insurance

All Docify AI Health Hubs are shipped with basic carrier insurance.
Customers may request extended shipping insurance at checkout for an additional fee.
Docify’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the coverage provided by the carrier unless extended insurance is purchased.


10. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch.


11. Force Majeure Clause

Docify shall not be liable for failure to deliver, delayed delivery, or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
acts of nature, pandemics, transport disruptions, embargoes, customs holds, or war-related conditions.
